2. ´Turn  blind eye´ significa ´Fazer a vista grossa´ 

Ex. 1. Please don´t turn a blind eye to bullying at work. / Favor não feche os olhos ao assédio moral no trabalho.

3. ´Elephant in the room´  significa ´ Um problema ou situação difícil que é obviamente presente mas ninguém quer falar sobre isso ´

Ex. Low level of employee motivation is the elephant in the room but nobody wants to address it./O baixo nível de motivação dos funcionários é o grande problema mas ninguém quer falar sobre isso. 

4.  ´Fat cat´ significa ´-Uma pessoa rica e privilegiada (é uma expressão pejorativa usado com frequência para politicos)´ 

Ex. The report criticised the fat cats of the company who are just interested in Increasing their own pay. /O relatório critica os gatos gordos da empresa que estão apenas interessados em aumentar o seu próprio salário.
